Open an RSVP Event and choose Attendees. Search by name or email and filter by Confirmed, Waitlisted, or Cancelled.
Each registration represents a whole party. View registration details shows the primary attendee, guests, timeline, custom answers, attendance, source, and lifecycle-email status. Counts on the page represent people.
During an active Event, authorized managers can Promote to Confirmed when the entire party fits, or Cancel RSVP for the entire party. Cancelling frees capacity but does not auto-promote the waiting list. Past and cancelled Events keep attendee history and reports but close promotion and cancellation actions.
