Registration timing
An RSVP Event has one start and end time. Registration may open immediately or at a selected time. It closes at the selected closing time; when none is set, it stays open until the Event ends.
Capacity and guests
Capacity counts people, including guests—not just registration rows. You can leave capacity unlimited or set a maximum. If limited, choose Close registration or Enable waiting list when full. Whole parties must fit in remaining capacity.
Waiting-list promotion
Waiting-list promotion is manual. When space opens, review the party and choose Promote to Confirmed. Signup Crew does not automatically promote a party after cancellation.
