Choose Volunteers to search by name, email, or phone. Filter by active or archived profile, participation, and upcoming activity; sort by name, recent participation, or next assignment.
Open a Volunteer profile to see contact information and Upcoming, Completed, Attended, and Cancelled participation. Organization Owners can edit current profile details, keep private organizer notes, archive or restore a profile, and email the Volunteer. Editing a profile does not rewrite historical signup snapshots.
Archived profiles remain in history and are excluded from broad email. A later public signup can reactivate the profile under the accepted identity rules. Signup Crew does not permanently delete a Volunteer profile from this screen. If “remove a Volunteer” means remove the profile from the active Directory, choose Archive Volunteer. Use Restore Volunteer to make it active again.
