Open a Volunteer profile and expand Attended shifts. Service history reports attended scheduled time for completed, qualifying Volunteer assignments with attendance evidence.
Choose Current year, Custom range, or All history. Future and in-progress assignments contribute no hours. Cancelled or changed-away work and RSVP attendance do not count. Overlapping qualifying shifts appear separately but overlapping time counts once in the total.
Use Download service record for a private Volunteer Service Record PDF. The record includes the selected period, qualifying shifts, totals, methodology, and optional signature lines.
