A Volunteer Event offers one or more dated shifts. Each shift has a start time, end time, and capacity. After publication, Volunteers open the public signup page and choose an available shift.
The Event workspace can include Overview, Schedule, Communications, Volunteers, Check-in, and Event Staff, depending on your role. Overview shows capacity and registration information. Volunteers shows assignments by shift. Check-in records arrivals and check-outs.
Cancelled shifts remain in history but no longer accept signups. Past and cancelled assignment history remains available for reporting.
