New customers start at Pricing (/pricing). Choose a plan and billing frequency, then Start 14-Day Free Trial. Your choice lasts up to seven days in the same browser and appears during account setup and organization creation. Eligible new organizations continue directly to checkout. If continuation fails, Finish setting up Signup Crew offers Continue to Checkout, including after returning to sign in. Existing subscriptions and complimentary organizations use Billing. Account or organization creation alone grants no normal application access. Your eligible 14-day trial starts after you complete checkout and add a payment method. Initial checkout takes you to Events once plan access is confirmed. Later billing changes return to Billing.
Organization Owners open Organization Settings, then choose Open Billing under Plan & Billing. The Billing page shows the current plan, billing frequency, subscription status, trial or renewal date, and any scheduled change or payment-grace information.
Plans build on one another:
- Basic includes RSVP Events and the normal RSVP registration, capacity, waiting-list, check-in, communication, export, and sharing workflow.
- Crew includes everything in Basic, plus Volunteer Event management, the Volunteer Directory, standard Volunteer exports, and Duplicate Event.
- Pro includes everything in Crew, plus optional Organization Administrator access, Event Manager and Event Staff delegation, cross-Event service history, Volunteer Service Records and PDFs, advanced service reporting, and Duplicate Day.
Choose monthly or annual billing under Billing frequency. Annual pricing saves about 20% compared with paying monthly. The Billing page always shows the price for the selected plan and frequency before you submit a change.
New eligible Organizations can start one 14-day free trial. An eligible Stripe Checkout card is required. The selected subscription automatically becomes paid when the trial ends unless an Organization Owner cancels it. Each Organization can receive only one trial; cancelling or recreating a subscription does not create another trial. Current or previous complimentary access also counts as the Organization's free-use opportunity, so converting from complimentary access to a paid subscription does not include another trial.
Signup Crew accepts USD payments through Stripe Checkout using standard card payments, Apple Pay where supported, and Stripe Link. Link may offer other eligible Link payment options, including Instant Bank Payments. Signup Crew does not separately offer ordinary ACH or a standalone bank-account payment method.
Choose Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. There you can securely update a credit card or other eligible payment method, manage billing information, and find invoices and receipts. Signup Crew does not store card details.
To change plans, choose Basic, Crew, or Pro, select the billing frequency, and choose Change plan. Upgrades apply immediately, and Stripe calculates any prorated billing adjustment. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so the Organization keeps its current-plan features through that date. A change between monthly and annual billing without a plan upgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
When a downgrade takes effect, capabilities outside the new plan become unavailable. Existing Events, Volunteer information, and service history are preserved rather than deleted. If the Organization upgrades again, preserved information becomes available with the applicable plan. Organization Owners can return to Billing to review or change the plan.
